All you need to do is stand with your arms outstretched and your feet shoulder width apart. Then slowly twist in one direction as far as you can until you feel a pulling sensation. This sensation may be anywhere in your spine.
Hold the position for a second or two and then slowly twist in the opposite direction.
Keep twisting each side for a minute or two and you will notice you can twist further and further around. This will ease some muscle tension and help your joints move better also.
